Refund Policy

The short version

If the kit doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No forms, no hoops, no "exceptional circumstances" clause.

The honest part

Source code can't be "returned" — once you have it, you have it. We offer refunds anyway, because a customer who feels trapped is worse for us than a refund. We only ask that you tell us what didn't work; it's how the kit gets better.

How

Email hello@agentshipkit.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your Polar receipt. Refunds are processed by Polar back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
