AgentShipKit

What you get, before you pay for it.

The full contents, the install steps and the context cost of every pack. Nothing here is behind the checkout — if it does not fit what you need, better you find out on this page.

Install

Two commands, once you own it.

  1. 1. Pay, then open the Polar receipt and click Connect GitHub. Polar invites that account to the private repository.
  2. 2. Accept the invite, then in any Claude Code session:
    /plugin marketplace add 247pro/appfactory
    /plugin install appfactory@appfactory
  3. 3. Run /appfactory in any project — or an empty folder — and answer the intake questions once.

Updates arrive with git pull and /plugin update. No licence server, no account, nothing phoning home.

Contents

13 packs. Enable what you need.

Everything loaded at once costs 51,543 tokens of context — 26% of a 200K window. That is why it is split. An unused pack costs nothing, because it is never loaded.

Commands

The line, command by command.

/appfactory

The whole line. Answer seven intake questions once; it routes every phase from there.

/find-idea

Mine 9 live sources for niches with measured demand, not brainstormed lists.

/aso

App Store autocomplete demand vs competition for any seed keyword, or a name-collision check.

/analyze-idea

Competitor teardown, killer features, keyword opportunities and rejection risk, in parallel.

/validate

Test demand before building: waitlist page, honest community posts, a pass/fail threshold set in advance.

/decide

The GO/NO-GO scorecard. This is the command that is allowed to tell you no.

/build-plan

Screens, data model, packages and milestones sized for an MVP that actually ships.

/build

One milestone, one builder, one adversarial QA pass, one gate. Repeat.

/paywall

Paywall model, price points, trial strategy and purchase flow.

/store-copy

App Store and Play listings inside exact character limits, built on measured keywords.

/legal

Privacy policy, terms, App Store nutrition labels and Play data-safety answers.

/reject-check

App Review rejection audit — on the concept before code, or on the build before submission.

/ship

fastlane setup, credential intake once, build upload and review submission.

/post-launch

Mine your own reviews and rankings into the v2 backlog and ASO adjustments.

Plus 215 more commands, 420 agents and 323 skills across the domain packs.

The engine

Where the numbers come from.

A dependency-free Python engine — no API keys, no accounts — that reads these 9 sources and turns them into demand and competition data:

App Store autocompleteApp Store low-star reviewsGoogle PlayRedditHacker NewsGitHubProduct HuntStack ExchangeGoogle Trends
# it also runs standalone, without any agent
PYTHONPATH=engine python3 -m findidea.aso "habit tracker" --country us
PYTHONPATH=engine python3 -m findidea --mode scan --app --topic "sleep"

Provenance

Where the catalogue comes from.

Much of the catalogue is curated from MIT and Apache-2.0 licensed open-source collections. Every bundled file carries a comment naming its source repository, licence and copyright holder, and ATTRIBUTION.md lists each upstream project with a file count. Both licences permit commercial redistribution.

2,810 candidate files were scanned and 1,880 rejected:

  • 897could not load — no usable frontmatter
  • 642documentation, not an agent
  • 188exact duplicates across collections
  • 56near-duplicates — python-pro, python-expert and python-engineer are one agent
  • 40stubs under 800 bytes
  • 27not written in English
  • 12padding — an agent re-listed as a slash command to inflate the count
  • 18would have shadowed a factory-line agent

The factory line itself — the 9-source engine and the gated pipeline — is original work and is not derived from any of them.
