What we collect

When you buy or download a kit, Polar (our payment processor and merchant of record) collects your email address and billing details and shares your email and order information with us so we can deliver the product and notify you of updates. We collect nothing else — no accounts are required to buy.

What we do with your email

Deliver your files, send occasional product updates for kits you own, and answer your support requests. No third-party marketing, no selling or renting the list, ever. Every non-transactional email has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits. It does not track you across sites and stores no personal profile.

Cookies

One functional cookie exists: a signed, httpOnly download token set after a verified purchase so your browser can fetch the file. It identifies a purchase, not your behaviour, and expires after 7 days.

Your rights

Email hello@agentshipkit.com to access or delete the data we hold about you (your email and order records). Payment records are retained by Polar as required by tax law.
