What you're buying
AgentShipKitsells downloadable source code ("the kit"). A purchase grants one developer a perpetual licence to use the code in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute or publish the kit itself (or a lightly modified copy) as a competing template, starter kit or public repository. One purchase covers one developer; teams should buy one licence per person who works with the code.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record. Polar handles VAT/sales tax and issues your receipt. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is instant: a download page after checkout, a permanent link in your receipt email, and a self-serve recovery page at /recovery.
Warranty
The code is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do promise it builds cleanly on the documented Node.js version at the time of purchase — if it doesn't, we fix it or refund you (see Refunds).
